How Client Invitations Work

The invitation process follows these steps:

Invitation States

Client invitations can have several states:

  • Pending Approval: Invitation submitted but not yet approved by Axiom support
  • Approved & Sent: Invitation approved and sent to the client
  • Accepted: Client has accepted the invitation
  • Declined: Client has declined the invitation
  • Expired: Invitation not responded to within the time limit

Creating Client Invitations

Required Information

When creating a client invitation, you must provide:

  • Company Name: The exact name of the client company
  • Contact Name: Name of the primary contact person
  • Email Address: Valid email address for the contact
  • Existing User: Whether the contact is already a user in the system

Submission Process

  1. Prepare Contact Information: Gather accurate client details
  2. Submit Invitation: Use the supplier dashboard to submit your invitation
  3. Await Approval: Axiom support reviews the invitation
  4. Monitor Status: Track the invitation progress in your dashboard

Managing Invitations

Client invitations can be managed through your supplier dashboard:

  • Create new invitations: Submit invitations to potential clients
  • View invitation status: Monitor pending, approved, and responded invitations
  • Update invitation details: Modify contact information if needed
  • Cancel invitations: Remove pending invitations that are no longer needed

Approval Process

Internal Review

All client invitations undergo an internal review process:

  1. Automatic Validation: System checks for valid email and company information
  2. Support Review: Axiom support team validates the invitation
  3. Approval Decision: Support team approves or rejects based on platform policies
  4. Notification: Suppliers receive notification of the approval decision

Approval Criteria

Invitations are typically approved when:

  • Contact information is accurate and complete
  • Client company exists and is active on the platform
  • No duplicate pending invitations exist

Managing Invitations

Tracking Status
