Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your password for the platform or shop and cannot login, don't worry. You can easily reset it by following these steps:

1. On the login page of the platform or shop look for the "Forgot password" link and click on it.

2. You will be redirected to a new page where you will be asked to enter your registered email address. Then click on the "Reset password" button.

3. After submitting your email address, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link in the email to proceed.

4. You will be directed to a new page where you will be asked to create a new password. Enter your new password and confirm it.

5. Once you have entered your new password, confirm the changes to complete the process.

Congratulations! You have successfully reset your password. You can now log in with your new password. Remember to keep your password safe and secure, and change it regularly to protect your account.

If you need to change your password whilst logged into the supplier or client platform, follow these simple steps:

1. First, click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

2. Next, click on "Settings" from the dropdown menu that appears. Alternatively, if you see a settings gear icon in the left hand menu, you can click on that instead.

3. From the settings sidebar menu, select "Account".

4. Locate the "Change Password" button and click on it.

5. You will be prompted to enter your current password, new password, and confirm your new password.

6. Once you have entered all the required information, click on the "Reset Password" button to save the changes.

Congratulations! You have successfully changed your password. Make sure to remember your new password and keep it secure.

If you need to change your password for your profile whilst logged into the shop, follow these simple steps:

1. First, click on the profile icon located at the top right corner of your screen.

2. From the dropdown menu, select "Profile."

3. Once you are on your profile page, click on the "Edit" button located to the right of the "Profile" title.

4. Locate the "Change Password" button and click on it.

5. You will be prompted to enter your current password, as well as your new password and confirmation of the new password.

6. Once you have entered all the required information, click on the "Change Password" button to save the changes.
