RFQ Multi-Round Bidding
Run a request over multiple rounds without starting from scratch to drive more competitive pricing. Carry items forward and edit them inline, add or remove suppliers between rounds, and reopen ended requests automatically. Each round is snapshotted with full per-round response history, supplier visibility is controlled per round, and awarded items are protected from reopening.

Axi Evaluator
Review supplier responses with AI assistance—ask questions in natural language, compare bids side by side, and weigh up trade-offs. Underneath is a structured scoring workbench with weighted criteria, independent multi-evaluator scoring aggregated for consensus, flexible weighting (sum, average, or weighted average), per-response summaries, and the ability to lock a session to finalise results.

Redesigned Checkout & Order Summary
A cleaner, more intuitive final step built for both single orders and multi-supplier baskets. Shipping and fees are applied correctly across suppliers, shared-cart recipients can now set the delivery address, and GL account and cost-centre allocations flow through checkout into downstream approvals and workflows.

Cross-Catalog Basket Optimisation
External punchout catalog items in your cart are now matched by manufacturer part number against your Axiom catalog, and where a cheaper compliant equivalent exists from an approved supplier, Axiom surfaces a swap suggestion with the exact saving before you buy. Suggestions respect supplier approval, buyer permissions, price policies and sourcing rules, and realised savings roll up at the cart level.

The Axiom workflow engine is now live. Build automations well beyond simple approvals with a visual, graph-based builder—branching, parallel paths, joins and loops—using a rich set of step types (approval, condition, action, email, webhook, database, LLM, iterator, and more) and ~60 built-in platform actions. Trigger on a schedule, a platform event, or manually; version and roll back safely; and manage executions alongside SAP, ERP, or your P2P system.

The analytics dashboard now reads live from your platform—orders, inventory and approvals, refreshed automatically with nothing to upload. Ask questions in plain English and the AI data agent turns them into queries behind the scenes, with detailed savings breakdowns converted to a common currency. Save and reopen multi-chart dashboards in Explore and share them with graded permissions. All queries are read-only, enforce row-level security, and are logged.
