Requisition Analysis
A comprehensive guide to analyzing procurement requisitions, tracking savings opportunities, and managing approval workflows.
Overview
The Requisition Analysis feature provides powerful tools to track and analyze procurement activities across your organization. This centralized dashboard enables procurement teams to monitor requisition workflows, identify cost-saving opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Through this interface, you can track requisition status in real-time, analyze spending patterns, and manage approval processes efficiently.
Navigation
Accessing Requisition Analysis
- From the main menu, select the "Requisitions" heading to access the analysis dashboard
- The landing page displays a comprehensive list of all requisition numbers

Filtering and Search Options
The platform provides multiple ways to filter and find specific requisitions:

Basic Filters: Quickly narrow down requisitions using fundamental criteria such as creation date for temporal analysis, country for regional insights, and supplier for vendor-specific tracking.

Advanced Search: Utilize the comprehensive search functionality to perform detailed queries. Combine multiple parameters to create precise search criteria and locate specific requisitions based on any combination of available fields.

Data Export Options
Export requisition data for further analysis with the following parameters:
- Export Criteria:
- Requisition Type
- Supplier Selection
- Date Range
Use date range filters to analyze trends over specific periods and identify seasonal patterns in procurement activities.

You can click on any individual requisition to view details from specific team members to track individual procurement contributions

In the requisition details page, you can see detailed savings opportunities. You can identify cost saving opportunities here. See any price reductions applied to the item


Savings Analysis Options
The dropdown menu provides three distinct ways to analyze potential cost savings:
Swap Savings: Identify opportunities to switch to more cost-effective alternatives while maintaining quality standards.
Store Savings: Track and compare pricing across different stores to maximize procurement value.
Price Drop Savings: Monitor and capitalize on price reductions and special offers from suppliers.

You are also able to add a PO number / code, allowing you to search for any requisiton using the chosen input. Once complete, hit save to apply.


You PO number can be seen under the item name. This number can be searched for in the main requisiton landing page to find the order easily.

To see requisitons that require approval, navigate to the requisitons approval tab

Requisition Status Management
The status tiles at the top of the page provide quick access to requisitions in different stages:
Pending: View all requisitions awaiting review or approval, enabling prompt attention to time-sensitive requests.
Approved: Access a list of successfully approved requisitions, useful for tracking completed procurement cycles.
Rejected: Review declined requisitions to understand rejection patterns and improve future submissions.

You can from there interact wit the product youre interested in to view the requisiton details

You can then find the product you’re interested in and click on it to view the product details.

Once your check is complete, you can then either approve or reject the requisition.
