Catalogues

Learn how to create and manage additional catalogues for organizing products or services with specific pricing structures.

Overview

The catalogues feature enables you to organize multiple product collections within your supplier area. Each catalogue can have its own unique pricing structure, allowing you to maintain different price sets for the same products.

Key Features

The catalogue system provides:

  • Multiple Collections: Create and manage separate product catalogues within your supplier area, each with unique identifiers
  • Flexible Pricing: Set specific prices for products within each catalogue while maintaining standard pricing options
  • Catalogue Management: Edit, update, or remove catalogues as your business needs change
  • Price Integration: Connect catalogue identifiers to your price lists for organized pricing structures
  • Optional Implementation: Use catalogues only when needed - products can exist without specific catalogue assignments
