RFQ Settings

How to receive requests for quotation from buyers and assign user responsibility for specific stores & countries.

Summary

Suppliers can receive requests for quotation (RFQs) from buyers if they are enabled for that store in the relevant country. This can be enabled by creating RFQ Settings. Additionally, different supplier users can be configured as able to respond to RFQs for specific stores & countries. To view and manage RFQ Settings, click on the RFQ Settings tab in the Settings area of the platform, or click Settings from the Quotes page.

Creating RFQ Settings

To create RFQ Settings:

  1. Click New Setting

  2. Select a connected store for the setting to apply to.

  3. Select user/s for the setting to apply to.

  4. Select a country or multiple countries for the setting to apply to.

  5. Click Save.

Managing RFQ Settings

Once created, RFQ Settings can be edited or deleted from the RFQ Settings page.

To manage existing RFQ Settings:

  • Click Edit in a row menu dropdown or click on the table row itself to modify the setting
  • Click Delete in a row menu dropdown to permanently delete a setting
  • Click + New setting to create additional settings
