Stock Locations

Learn how to set up and manage stock locations to track inventory and support pickup shipping options across your distribution network.

Overview​

Stock locations are physical addresses where your inventory is stored and managed. This feature enables you to:

• Track inventory across multiple warehouses
• Support pickup shipping options
• Manage stock levels by location
• Link locations to shipping rules
• Monitor distribution points

The locations you create here can be used to:

• Assign specific stock levels to products
• Set pickup points in shipping rules
• Track inventory movement
• Manage warehouse operations

Viewing Stock Locations​

Access stock locations through either:

• Navigate to Settings → Stock Locations
• Search for "Stock Locations" in main search bar

The locations page displays all your configured storage points:

Creating Stock Locations​

1. Start Creation
   • Click + Add Location

2. Location Details Enter location information:
   • Required fields for accurate tracking
   • Optional details for enhanced management
   • Address information for shipping
   • Contact details for coordination

3. Save Location
   • Click Save to create location

Managing Locations​

Edit Location​

Update existing location details:

• Open row menu
• Select Edit
• Modify information
• Save changes

Delete Location​

Remove unused locations:

• Open row menu
• Select Delete
• Confirm removal
