Price Insight Export
What the Price Insight export contains and the meaning of each field.
Overview
The Price Insight export contains pricing analytics for orders of products you offer, shared with you by the customer stores you are connected to. Each row represents one ordered product on one order, with market metrics such as the minimum and maximum price across suppliers, your price rank, and whether the order went to another supplier.
Stores choose which insight metrics they share with suppliers; metrics a store has not shared are left empty in the export. Monetary values are converted into your preferred currency, shown in the currency column.
Typical uses include competitive price analysis, identifying products where you are losing orders on price, and quantifying missed sales opportunities.
Generating the Export
Navigate to Settings → Files → Exports and create a new export with the type Price Insight.
Filters
| Filter | Description |

| Ordered after | Only include insights for orders placed on or after this date. |
| Ordered before | Only include insights for orders placed before this date. |
You can optionally set a row limit to cap the size of the export.
Fields

product_name | Name of the ordered product. |
SKU | Stock keeping unit of the ordered product. |
MPN | Manufacturer part number of the ordered product. |
product_identifier | Identifier of the ordered product or variant; falls back to the SKU if no identifier is available. |
store_name | Name of the store where the order was placed. |
store_id | Internal identifier of the store. |
country | Country code of the order. |
order_created_at | Date and time when the order was placed. |
order_spend | Total amount spent on the product in the order, converted to your preferred currency; empty if the store does not share this metric. |
order_quantity | Quantity of the product purchased; empty if the store does not share this metric. |
minimum_price | Lowest price offered for the product across suppliers, converted to your preferred currency; empty if not shared. |
maximum_price | Highest price offered for the product across suppliers, converted to your preferred currency; empty if not shared. |
price_range | Difference between the highest and lowest offered price, converted to your preferred currency; empty if not shared. |
rank | Your current price rank among suppliers offering the product; empty if not shared. |
number_of_suppliers | Number of suppliers offering the product; empty if not shared. |
missed_opportunity | Boolean; true means the order was placed with another supplier, representing a missed sales opportunity for you. |
currency | Currency code that monetary values in the row are expressed in (your preferred currency, defaulting to USD). |
my_price | Your price for the product at the time of the order, converted to your preferred currency. |
