Store Connection

Connect with client stores and manage store relationships.

Overview​

Store connections enable you to establish and maintain your presence across multiple client marketplaces. Browse available stores, submit connection requests, track their approval status, and manage your active store relationships from one place.

Key Features​

Store connections give you the ability to:

• Browse available stores — discover new marketplaces open for supplier applications
• Submit connection requests — apply to join stores directly from the platform
• Track approval status — monitor pending requests until they are approved
• Manage connected stores — view and configure your active store relationships

Connecting to a Store​

1. Select Stores from the navigation menu

2. Select the Available tab

3. Locate the store you want to connect with and select Request to Join

4. Monitor the request status by selecting the Connected tab. When approved, the store appears in your Connected list.

Managing Connections​

Use the following tabs to manage your store network:

• Connected — view all active store relationships, including store details
• Pending — track outstanding connection requests and their approval status
• Store Settings — configure store-specific parameters after you are approved

Important Notes​

• Before requesting to join a store, review their requirements and prepare your product catalogue to align with their standards — this preparation can speed up the approval process
