Overview

You can organise multiple product collections within your supplier area using catalogues. Each catalogue can have its own unique pricing structure, so you can maintain different price sets for the same products.

Key Features

Use catalogues to:

  • Organise multiple collections: Create and manage separate product catalogues within your supplier area, each with a unique identifier
  • Set flexible pricing: Define specific prices for products within each catalogue while maintaining standard pricing options
  • Manage catalogues: Edit, update, or remove catalogues as your business needs change
  • Link prices: Connect catalogue identifiers to your price lists for organised pricing structures
  • Implement as needed: Add catalogues only when required — products can exist without specific catalogue assignments

Creating a Catalogue

  1. Navigate to Products > Catalogues
Navigating to the Catalogues page
  1. Select + New Catalogue
  2. Enter the catalogue details:

    • A description for clarity
    • A unique identifier for price assignments

Tip
