Find RFQs

Locate and review Request for Quotation opportunities on the Axiom platform.

Overview​

Buyers submit Requests for Quotation (RFQs) when they need pricing for specific products or services. As a supplier, you can browse, filter, and review open RFQs to identify opportunities that match your offerings.

Viewing Available RFQs​

1. Select Quotes in the navigation menu
2. Select a store using the filter option to display the RFQs in the Requests For Quotation page
3. Select an RFQ status to narrow down your search

Filtering RFQs by Status​

Use the Status filter to find RFQs at different stages:

• Open — Active RFQ, still accepting quotes
• Awarded — All items have been awarded to supplier(s)
• Partially Awarded — Some items awarded to a supplier, but not all
• Ended — RFQs that expired without any award

Searching for Specific RFQs​

Use the search bar at the top of the Requests For Quotation page to find RFQs by:

• RFQ reference number
• Product or service name
• Buyer name or store

Reviewing RFQ Details​

1. Select an RFQ from the list to view its details
2. Review the Request Info section for key information, including:
   • Submission deadline
   • Required quantities
   • Delivery requirements
   • Additional comments or attachments from the buyer
3. Review the Line Items section for details on each requested product or service

Managing RFQ Notifications​

To ensure you receive timely notifications about new RFQs:

1. Verify your RFQ settings are configured correctly
2. Check that the appropriate team members are assigned to respond to RFQs for each store and country
3. Monitor your email and platform notifications for new RFQ alerts
