Audit Requisitions

Review and track buyer requisitions and order history on the Axiom platform.

Overview​

You can audit requisitions to review buyer orders, track fulfilment status, and identify trends in purchasing behaviour. Your revenue and requisitions data is available in the Analytics area of the platform.

Viewing Requisitions​

1. Select Analytics from the navigation menu
2. Select Requisitions from the navigation menu under Analytics
3. Filter the data by date range, country, and store if needed
4. Select the line item of the requisition you want to review

Filtering Requisitions​

Use the available filters to narrow down your results:

• Date range — Select a start and end date using the date picker
• Country — Filter by a specific country
• Store — Filter by a specific connected store

Exporting Requisition Data​

To export requisition data for external analysis, see Exporting Files.

Requisition Details​

Each requisition includes the following information:

• Order reference — The unique requisition ID for the order
• Date and Time — The timestamp for the order
• Buyer details — The name and contact information of the buyer who placed the order
• Currency options — Select the option to view the order amount in your preferred currency or in the actual requisition currency
