The Supplier Analytics dashboard provides insights into your sales performance, order history, and buyer behaviour across connected stores. Use analytics to monitor revenue, track requisitions, identify top-selling products, and analyse search trends.
You can view analytics from the landing page or by selecting the analytics option in the top navigation menu. Three tabs are available: Requisitions, Reporting, and Search Analytics.
- Requisitions - Order history with full details for each order
- Reporting - Insights into what you sell and where you sell it
- Search Analytics - Search analytics for each store you are connected to
Summary Page
Key Metrics
At the top of the summary page, you can view four metrics for the time period specified with the date picker in the top right. Each metric tile also shows the change compared to the previous period.
Below the metrics, a chart displays the selected metric over time at different levels of granularity (days, weeks, and months). Select a different metric tile to change the chart. Hover over data points to view a tooltip with the exact values. The four metrics are:
- Revenue - Total amount spent by buyers ordering your products
- Orders - Total number of orders placed by buyers
- Customers - Total number of unique buyers that have placed orders
- Avg. Order Value - Average amount spent by buyers on an order
Activity Panel
In the activity panel, you can view your most recent activity, including completed file imports such as product files and price list files. If any imports have errors, select Learn more -> to download the errors file, which contains the original data with an appended errors column.
Top Users
At the bottom of the summary page, you can view the top users by spend and top users by orders. These tables show buyers sorted from highest to lowest.
Select a user to open the user insights page, which displays summary metrics and charts over time for Revenue, Orders, and Average Order Value. Use the date picker at the top to filter by date range. Select a metric tile to display the corresponding chart. You can choose different levels of granularity for each chart, and hover over data points to view exact values.
The user insights page also displays orders for that user. Select an order to open the order details page, which shows the products ordered, who placed the order, when it was placed, and the delivery address. Select a product to go to its product details page.
Requisitions
You can view a full history of requisitions you have received. Filter requisitions by date range, country, and store. Select a requisition to open the requisition details page, which shows the products ordered, who placed the order, when it was placed, and the delivery address. Select a product to go to its product details page.
Reporting
On the Reporting tab, you can see what you sell and where you sell it. View both total spend and the number of orders at the country, store, and product level. Use the date picker at the top of the page to select specific date ranges, and apply country and store filters.
Hover over countries on the map or bars in the bar charts to view tooltips. Select a country row to zoom into that area of the map. Select a bar in the products chart to go to the relevant product page.
