Supplier Roles & Permissions

Configure and manage user access through roles and permissions.

Overview

The Roles & Permissions system enables you to control platform access through customizable roles. Each role can be configured with specific read and write permissions, then assigned to team members to grant appropriate access levels.

Key Features

Roles & Permissions give you the ability to:

  • Preconfigured roles — use built-in Admin, Content Manager, and Account Manager roles
  • Custom role creation — define new roles tailored to your team structure
  • Granular read/write permissions — control access at the individual feature level
  • Default role assignment — set a role as the default for new team members

Assigning Roles

  1. Navigate to Settings, then select Team. Select the team member you want to update

  1. Review your selections, remove any if needed, and save your changes

Preconfigured Roles

The platform provides three standard roles:

Creating a Role

  1. Navigate to Settings and select Roles

  1. Select + New role, enter a role name, and set the default status

You can edit existing roles, remove unused roles, or create new roles from the roles management page.
