Check Customers

View and analyse your customer base across connected stores on the Axiom platform.

  • supplier-client-listView the customers of your connected stores.

Overview

You can review your customer data to understand who is purchasing your products and services. The analytics area provides insights into your customer base, including order frequency, revenue per customer, and geographic distribution.

Viewing Customer Metrics

  1. Select Analytics from the navigation menu, or select the analytics option from the landing page
  2. Select the Customers metric tile at the top of the summary page
  3. Review the total number of unique buyers who have placed orders in the selected date range

Use the date picker in the top right corner to adjust the time period. The chart updates to display customer activity at different levels of granularity:

  • Days — Daily customer activity
  • Weeks — Weekly customer trends
  • Months — Monthly customer patterns

Hover over data points on the chart to view exact values for each period.

Reviewing Customer Details in Orders

To identify specific customers and their purchasing behaviour:

  1. Select the Orders tab in Analytics
  2. Browse the order list to see buyer names and order details
  3. Select an individual order to view the full buyer information, including:
    • Buyer name
    • Store the order was placed through
    • Products or services ordered
    • Order value

Tracking Customer Metrics over Time

The summary page displays four key metrics, each with a comparison to the previous period:

  • Revenue — Total amount spent by buyers
  • Orders — Total number of orders placed
  • Customers — Total number of unique buyers
  • Avg. Order Value — Average amount spent per order

Select the Customers tile to focus the chart on customer trends specifically.
