User Group Export
What the User Group export contains and the meaning of each field.
Overview
The User Group export contains the user groups configured for your supplier team and the users that belong to them. Each row represents one user's membership of one group, so a group with several members appears on several rows and a user in several groups appears once per group.
Use this export to audit group membership, review who has access through each group, or share your team structure with other systems.
Generating the Export
Navigate to Settings → Files → Exports and create a new export with the type User Group.
Filters

| Group | Limit the export to a single user group. |
You can optionally set a row limit to cap the size of the export.

group_id | Unique identifier of the user group. |
group_name | Name of the user group. |
user_email | Email address of the user who is a member of the group. |
user_name | Name of the user who is a member of the group. |
